Bronze Package Property Highlights $300
This film keeps it short and simple with a 60 second duration. Most viewers will watch a 30 second film if it is interesting. The goal of this film is to retain the viewer by highlighting the interesting and unique features of the home and property. No film techniques are spared and it is a full production up to 1.5 hours with a 24-48 hour turn around time.

Silver Package Premium Property Film $400
The silver property film is the most popular film. It gets into greater detail and highlights the finer details of the property. From glistening hardwood floors to fine wooden and brick textures. Fixtures and lighting are all detailed. The duration of the shoot is a little longer at up to 2 hours to capture the details. The run time of the film is a little longer at 60-90 seconds.

Gold Package Property Film $500
The Gold property film contains all the elements of the Bronze and silver but adds local area highlights of the surrounding area. It also offers a voice over describing the interesting features of the home and area. This film is best presented by you personally and allows the viewers to get to meet you and listen to you. This will help increase your profile and stand out from the crowd. People buy from people and this is a good way to make a first impression. If you don’t feel comfortable in front of the camera, a voice over male or female can read your script.
Production time usually takes about 2.5 hours with a 2-3 day turn around time. This film also introduces Time-lapse photography to depict the passage of time and see what the sunsets look like from the area!
This film will increase the agent’s online profile and bring clients out to see the property.
